In November of 2010 representatives of 72% of this nation’s states, the Republic, meet in Utah for the “Republic for the united States of America” to declare the response of “We the People” towards the corporation known as the UNITED STATES.
They came together to create a document to exercise what “We the People” have been obligated to do, that is set forth in the Declaration of Independence; in the second paragraph, 3rd sentence it states;
“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness”.
